About the Fitness Center
The SCC Fitness and Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art facility with over 30,000 square feet, including:
- indoor track
- human performance lab
- classrooms
- two aerobic rooms
- over 50 cardiovascular machines
- two areas for weight machines
- free weight area
- alternative exercise area
Whether you are a first time exerciser or an advanced athlete, we’re here to help you meet your fitness goals.
As a member, you will have access to state of the art equipment, and personal assistance and instruction from staff members who have completed a 4-year degree in a fitness field and are certified through the Arizona Community College system. We will help you achieve a healthy lifestyle.
